Ingredients:
• 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
• 125 ml (½ cup) full cream milk
• 6 x Bakers Romany Creams Mint Choc biscuits
• 8 chocolate malted puffs
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until the biscuits and chocolates are ground and the ice-cream has softened.
- Pour into 2 glasses and top with extra malted puffs.
